• Membership Non-Transferability: Membership is not transferable and is open to a limited number of persons per area or community.
• Right to Terminate: POINT-LOG reserves the right to terminate a member’s subscription without notice if false information is submitted, or if a member attempts to defraud or abuse the program.
• Redemption Payments: Redemption payments are disbursed only to the name used at registration.
• Identification Requirement: One form of valid national identification is required.
• Withdrawal Rights: Annual subscribers with balances of $300 or more can withdraw funds at any time, provided their subscription is active.
• Refund Policy: All subscription sales are final and non-refundable.

Money transfers to your bank account will take 2-5 business days after we receive your bank information. The value of your POINTs will be transferred to your bank account.

• Members caught artificially inflating POINTs by cheating, having others take photos on their behalf will be disbarred. Their funds seized and their account closed.
Upload Photos of Your Purchase
• Take one photo per item on your bill.
• You get 1 POINT per pictured item on your receipt.
• Ensure the entire product is clearly shown.

Qualifying Receipts for Cashback Must Show:
• The date, name of the store/business, and location.
• The product you paid for.
• A professionally printed header (Top and bottom width of the bill must be the same distance).
Point Processing
• Your information will be processed, and POINTs credited to your account within a maximum of 10 business days.
• If the uploaded product images are cut off, not centered in the photo, too blurry, or not clearly shown, POINTs will not be awarded.
Restrictions

• Utility bills

• Support agents will be responsible for reviewing and addressing the disputes.

• Support agents will investigate the dispute, which may include reviewing transaction records and member activity.
• Clear and timely communication will be maintained with the member throughout the dispute resolution process.
• Members will receive updates on the status of their dispute ticket.
• Point-Log support agents aim to resolve disputes promptly and in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
• If a resolution requires adjustments to a member's POINTs balance, it will be promptly updated.
• In cases where a dispute cannot be resolved at the support agent level, it may be escalated to higher-level support or management.
• The organization’s final decision on a dispute will be communicated to the member.
• Members dissatisfied with the resolution may have the option to submit an appeal through the same ticketing system.

Automatic Information
When you use our services, either online or through our client apps, whether as a registered account holder or a non-registered user just browsing, we automatically receive and record information about this usage either directly or through third-party tracking utility providers.
This may include information such as your computer or device IP address, your browser type, operating system version, language settings, locally installed POINT-LOG applications you used (if any), and how often.
We do not ask for access to or track any location-based information from your device. If we wish to do so in the future to enhance our services, we will specifically ask for your permission.
